aftercare

This stage of our ministry includes following up and continuing the relationships we have built with our young men once they are released from jail. Aftercare is a mentorship program including everything from bible study to basketball.

objectives:

  • Christ Sharing Relationships

  • Accountability 

  • One-on-one Mentoring

  • Job Placement

  • Follow-Up Site in Neighborhoods

  • Play Time

activities:

  • Continued Discipleship, Bible Study, and Prayer

  • Meal Time

  • Basketball

  • Flag Football

  • Weightlifting

  • Capture the Flag

reentering society

The world incarcerated individuals leave behind is not the same one they return to. Time moves on without them, as do their friends, family, technology, the economy, etc. This can make the reentry process extremely challenging. That is why we must meet the needs of these individuals.
